Subscribing to our website is easy. By selecting “create an account” or clicking on the “Log in” page, it is possible to log in or to create a new account by selecting “new user, create account”. 

Every order placed before 13 GMT+1 will be proceeded and shipped on the very same day and it may be delivered within the following working day. Delivery time may change based on country of destination and customs control.

Upon delivery, the purchaser must check that the package is intact, that it has not been damaged during shipping and that the number of packages delivered matches the number written on the shipping document. Irregularities must be reported by contacting our customer care at cs@shotmode-cosmetics.com or using our chat.  

You will receive a tracking code and a link to track your order in the shipping confirmation email. If you have trouble or the code doesn't appear, please contact us by email at cs@shotmode-cosmetics.com.

It is possible to ship the products worldwide to any country.

You can choose the destination country in the checkout window, before making the payment.

Shipments to European Community countries are free of charge.

Shipments outside the European Community are calculated in the appropriate section in the checkout window, once the destination country has been entered.

It is possible to return products purchased from the SHOT MODE website for free, by communicating it via email to cs@shotmode-cosmetics.com within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The return procedure is subject to acceptance by the shotmode-cosmetics.com staff. The outcome of the practice will be communicated within 14 days of the arrival of the goods in our warehouses.

The customer can freely decide whether to entrust the return shipment to SHOT MODE or to a courier of their choice.

The shipping costs for the return of one or more products are charged to the customer. 

To return an item we suggest packing it using the same packaging it arrived with.  

The return of an item will be accepted only if the item has not been opened or tested, if it presents all the original seals intact, if the package itself is intact and does not present any functional or aesthetical flaw.

Any order can be cancelled before 14pm GMT +1 After 14pm the shipment procedure is handed down to the shipper and it is no longer possible to cancel the order but it will be possible to return the shipped item by following the instructions written in the return section. 

We normally issue a tax receipt. It is possible to apply to receive the invoice by ticking the appropriate box in the check-out page. 

It is currently not possible to place an order for an item that is currently unavailable.

All transactions are in Euros and the value is estimated based on the present currency exchange rate, without considering any banking commission (to know the exact value of the transaction you should contact your bank).
